A referral is required by a General Practitioner or Consultant Paediatrician approved by the insurance company. A claim form will be required from the company. Please remember to get a receipt after each session. The insurance companies do not pay the therapist directly and therefore the account needs to be settled at the time of the session. Please note that the insurance companies do not pay for travel.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

if you know that you are unable to attend. Otherwise, late cancellations / missed
appointments will be charged.
Do not come if you or your child is ill;
please do phone to rearrange the appointment in those circumstances!
Then there is no fee.
Apart from short inquires that can be dealt with quickly on the phone, it is preferable if longer discussions are kept within treatment appointments.
